CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily Cancellation Fee --$10.00 cancellation fee will be charged, please call
24 hrs. prior to arrival to avoid one day fee.
Weekly/Monthly Cancellation Fee --$25.00 cancellation fee with 30 days
notice,$100 fee for less than 30 days notice.
Extra people ALL rentals ages 3-years and up, $8.00, extra people on RV sites 6-years
and older are $4 per person.
No Pets and No smoking in ALL Rentals. For House & Trailers, please furnish your own Towells, Sheets, Paper Goods & Personal Items.
